Run Rodin AI online
Rodin AI is Hyper3D's 3D generation model, and Gen-2.5 is its current version. This page runs Rodin Gen-2.5 from a picture, with the quality tier, material, quad or triangle topology, 4K textures and T-pose switch in one form, at 50 credits a run.
Rodin Gen-2.5 in numbers
One run at any quality tier and topology; the 4K HighPack texture add-on is 100 more.
Six quad budgets from 4K to 200K faces and seven triangle budgets from 2K to 2M, or Auto.
Low, Medium, High and Extreme, from the lightest mesh to the densest; High is preselected and every tier costs the same.
PBR maps, a shaded color texture, or plain geometry with no material.
What one Rodin run returned
A product photo of a toy robot through Rodin Gen-2.5 at its preselected settings. The figures describe the file the run returned; the viewer loads a compressed web copy. Open the card to orbit the model.

Toy robot, High tier, PBR
Rodin Gen-2.5500K triangles with base color, metal-roughness and normal maps; a 27.2 MB GLB after 137 seconds end to end.
The model
What Rodin AI is
Rodin is the generation model behind Hyper3D, a product of Deemos.
Made by Deemos
Rodin is built by Deemos under its Hyper3D brand. Gen-2.5 is the current generation; Gen-2 came out in October 2025.
A closed model
No Rodin weights are published, so every run goes through a hosted service.
Built for production meshes
Hyper3D's API documents quad and raw triangle meshes, PBR materials and an optional T-pose or A-pose for characters, which this form exposes.
Up to five pictures
The Gen-2.5 API takes one to five images or a text prompt alone; this page starts from one picture with an optional description.
Run here through an inference provider
AI3D Studio runs Rodin Gen-2.5 on request and bills credits for the run; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Deemos. Each result is saved to your library.
Rodin AI settings in this generator
Every Rodin Gen-2.5 option the form shows, with what it changes.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Mesh qualityLow, Medium, High, Extreme | How dense the mesh is: Low is the lightest, for previews and the web; Extreme the densest, for close-ups and printing. All four cost 50 credits. |
| MaterialPBR, Shaded, None | PBR bakes color, roughness, metallic and normal maps that react to scene light; Shaded bakes the lighting into the color; None returns bare geometry. |
| TopologyAuto, 4K–200K quads, 2K–2M triangles | A quad budget gives an even mesh for subdivision and rigging; a triangle budget keeps detail at a fixed face count. |
| Texture resolution2K, or 4K HighPack | 2K is included; the 4K HighPack adds 100 credits and is hidden when Material is None. |
| T/A poseOff | Under advanced options: asks Rodin to stand a character in a T-pose or A-pose, the pose auto-rigging tools expect. |
| Remove lighting, creative mode, keep alphaOff | Advanced switches that strip baked light from the texture, trade literal fidelity to the picture for robustness, and keep the image's own transparent cut-out. |
Make a model with Rodin Gen-2.5 in three actions
The form above already holds Rodin Gen-2.5 at the High tier with PBR.
Upload a picture
A JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB, with an optional description of up to 1,000 characters to steer the result.
Set the mesh you need
Choose a tier, a material and a quad or triangle budget, and switch on T/A pose under advanced options for a character.
Generate and download
Run it for 50 credits, or 150 with 4K textures; the GLB is saved to your library and converts to other formats for free.
When another model fits better than Rodin AI
Rodin Gen-2.5 costs more than most models here; these jobs do not need it.
A cheaper first draft
Hunyuan3D 3.1 Rapid makes a textured draft for 29 credits in about a minute and a half.
An MIT-licensed model
TRELLIS.2 is open under MIT and costs 39 credits at Standard resolution.
Rigging after the pose
Once a T-posed character is generated, auto-rig it and add animation clips.
Every model side by side
Credits, inputs, formats and timings for all twelve generation models.
Limits of the hosted Rodin run
What the hosted Rodin Gen-2.5 run does and does not include.
GLB only from the run
The run returns a GLB; OBJ, STL, FBX or USDZ are converted from it in your browser for free.
Runs take minutes
The form estimates 6 to 12 minutes a run; the measured High-tier run took 137 seconds end to end.
Large files at full detail
500K triangles with three maps came to 27.2 MB; choose a smaller quad or triangle budget for web and mobile.
No offline copy
Rodin has no published weights, so every run goes through a hosted service.
